How the comparison works
Internet download is compared with peer-to-primary-device local throughput. Internet upload is compared with primary-device-to-peer local throughput. Ratios are reported instead of unsupported claims.
What an “unlikely” result means
It means the measured local path was at least 1.5 times faster in both matching directions. It does not guarantee every room, device or WiFi band will perform the same way.
When the answer is inconclusive
Unknown device connections, two wireless peers, server capacity, unstable measurements or limited local headroom reduce certainty. The tool says so instead of inventing a definitive cause.
